Besides regular Kung-Fu classes, we hold various training and social events for our members, including summer barbecues, joint Edmonton-Calgary training sessions, etc.

Women’s Self-Defense Seminars are open to the general public. Please contact us for more information or registration.

What:	Free Open "Try-It" Class! (A Sports Day in Canada event)
When:	8 - 10 PM on Friday, September 17, 2010
Where:	Combatives Room, Millennium Place 2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park (see map)
Who:	Anyone aged 15 and up is welcome!
Cost:	Free

Description:

A fun, exciting, and dynamic martial arts class introducing the Moh Pai Kung-Fu system. Learn practical, effective self-defense applications from instructors with decades of experience. Whether you are new to martial arts or have trained other styles, come see and experience what we do!
The class will take place in the "Combatives Room" (room 205) at the Millennium Place in Sherwood Park. Long training pants, a t-shirt or a long-sleeve top, and light, flexible, soft-soled indoor athletic footwear recommended (but socks will do as well, since we'll be on the mats). A water bottle could be handy.
